One way to quickly lower blood pressure naturally is to improve your diet. We all know that we can cut out certain fats and sugars and salt, and increase our intake of foods that are full of blood pressure reducing nutrients to quickly lower blood pressure. Whilst this may sound easy in theory, it may not be as easy in practice on a daily basis. Arginine is an amino acid which is the building block for Nitric Oxide in the body. Nitric Oxide reduces blood pressure and increases blood flow. Look for a sustained release supplement.

Omega-3

Omega-3 is well known for its blood pressure reducing qualities. It is commonly sold as a supplement in fish oil capsules. Cheaper commercially available fish oil capsules can be high in lipid peroxides which put an enormous stress on antioxidant defense mechanisms. Supplementing with flaxseed oil seems to be a better and more cost effective omega-3 alternative.
