Experts seem to agree that it’s best to limit the intake of foods that are high in fat or sugar. Rather, they say, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Blueberries and broccoli are ones that are highly recommended. The experts recommend eating lots of low-fat protein foods, like poultry and fish.
