When you are indoors, it may be a good idea to have some sort of humidifier or air purifier to promote clean air in the home. This is an excellent idea for people who have allergies and are sensitive to dust or air particles. Wearing eyeglasses or sunglasses outdoors can provide protection and reduce the risk of sensitivity in the eyes from pollution or the sun.
