Vitamin A is the one vitamin that’s often overlooked of all the vitamins necessary for a healthy life. Some other good orange-colored sources of Vitamin A are red bell peppers, oranges and papaya. Other sources are kale, milk, eggs, broccoli and tomatoes. More viable sources of Vitamin A are raw foods though some of this valuable vitamin is retained through processing and cooking.
